Celebrating Community Support: TLC Receives CFCAB Microgrant

A big thank you to the Community Foundation of Central Alberta.

The Community Foundation of Central Alberta (CFCAB) recently announced TLC is a recipient of the Winter 2025 Microgrants Program.

TLC received $3,000 to purchase additional cryo cuff cold therapy systems to address high demand and reduce wait times for this highly sought after medical equipment. Cyro cuffs are specialized devices that provide continuous cold therapy for patients recovering from hip or knee surgery, supporting pain management and smoother recovery at home.

TLC was one of seven organizations awarded funding through the microgrant program. Over $25,000 was awarded to community organizations in the region.

TLC is beyond grateful for this funding. This generous gift helps us continue to provide essential medical and mobility equipment — free of charge — to people across Central Alberta.
